Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation Window

We understand plans can change. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it on our website. To cancel, please email us immediately at earthen8knot@gmail.com with your Order Reference ID (e.g. #EK-XXXXXX).

Once the 12-hour window has elapsed, our artisans allocate yarns and begin handcrafting, and the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

2. Handmade Craft Non-Refundable Policy

Each Earthen8Knot creation requires hours of dedicated hand labor. Slight variations in yarn shade, stitch tension, and weave texture are natural hallmarks of authentic handmade crochet and do not constitute flaws. Consequently, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal aesthetic preference.

3. Damaged in Transit or Defective Items Guarantee

While we inspect every item stringently and pack it securely in multi-layered protective wrap, in the unlikely event your product arrives damaged in transit or with an undeniable structural defect:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing earthen8knot@gmail.com.
• Include your Order Reference ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear unboxing photographs or a short video demonstrating the damage.
• Upon verification by our support team, we will immediately handcraft and dispatch a Free Brand-New Replacement to your address at zero additional cost.

4. Approved Refunds

In any circumstance where an exceptional refund is approved by our management, the refunded amount will be processed automatically to your original payment method (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI) via Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days.

We have made every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our handmade crochet products as accurately as possible. However, because each screen renders color differently and every piece is handcrafted by artisans, minor variances in dye lots and stitch dimensions may occur.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on Earthen8Knot are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Payments on our website are collected securely via RBI-authorized payment aggregators (such as Razorpay) using encrypted industry-standard protocols.

4. Order Acceptance & Accuracy of Billing Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders made at our store, including a valid phone number, shipping address, and pincode. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity or incorrect pricing is detected.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included on this website, including but not limited to brand imagery, crochet product designs, graphics, text, and logos (Earthen8Knot), is the intellectual property of Earthen8Knot and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of India.

• Contact & Shipping Data: Full name, shipping address, PIN code, email address, and WhatsApp/mobile phone number.
• Order Details: Items purchased, gift card note (if entered), and transaction reference identifiers.

2. Payment Security (No Financial Data Stored)

Your payment credentials (Credit/Debit Card numbers, CVV, NetBanking passwords, UPI MPINs) are processed directly by Razorpay over bank-grade 256-bit SSL encrypted channels. Earthen8Knot does not collect, see, or store your card or bank credentials on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data exclusively to:

• Fulfill, pack, and dispatch your ordered handmade creations.
• Send transactional order confirmations, delivery updates, and WhatsApp Quality Tour photos.
• Respond to customer queries and provide personalized assistance.
